Color: The five colorways in our current standard range — orange, black, blue, white, and red — are a starting point, not a limit. If your brand runs on a specific Pantone or RAL reference, we match it. Injection-molded housings give us exact color consistency across production runs.
Logo: Your brand mark applied directly to the housing. We support debossing, pad printing, and label application depending on the surface area and your finish requirements. The logo stays legible through normal field use.
Packaging: Retail blister card, bulk poly bag, or branded box — configured for your target market. If you're supplying into European retail, the packaging spec is different from what works for a Latin American wholesale buyer, and we handle both.
Thread Specification: This is the dimension most buyers underestimate. Trimmer heads connect to the trimmer shaft via a threaded bolt — typically M10 x 1.25 LH (left-hand thread) for most gasoline trimmers, but variations exist across brands and regions. We manufacture to your required thread spec so the head fits your customers' existing equipment without adapters.
The Product Range
Beyond color and logo, we produce across two main cutting-head categories:
Nylon bump-feed heads: Dual-line automatic feed. CE certified. The standard configuration for residential and light commercial string trimmers. Line exit slots accommodate common cord diameters. These are the heads shown in the factory image — the bump-feed button and dual exit slots are visible in all five colorways.
Steel blade heads: For heavier vegetation. Our range includes 3-tooth steel blades, 40-tooth alloy circular blades, and 305mm straight blades. Blade-style heads suit gasoline brush cutters running 28cc and above where nylon line isn't sufficient for the material being cut.
Both categories are compatible with standard straight-shaft and curved-shaft trimmer/brush cutter configurations.
